We are producing jams and marmaldes of the highest quality from the citrus fruits of our ancient citrus orchard and from the quinces of the same orchard, produced according to many traditional recipes and without the addition of preservatives or chemicals, also with a low sugar content. All of them are ideal to be enjoyed 'au naturel', spread on a slice of bread or to flavour the desserts.
