For 30 years we produce typical, organic, good and healthy products Masseria Il Frantoio, owned by Armando and Rosalba Balestrazzi, is surounded by more than 72 hectares of farm that has been managed entirely organically since 1991.
The estate with its 60 hectares of olive grove has 1600 olive trees of different varieties (Leccino, Frantoio, Pecholine, Corantina, Cima di Melfi) planted 25 years ago and 2600 very old olive trees of Ogliarola Salentina olive with ages between 1000 and 2000 years give us the possibility to produce 4 different extra vergin organic olive oils: Tre Colline Slow food Presidium of ancient olive trees, Tangere Stellas, Degli Dei pitted olive oil and Leccina monovarietal olive oil.
We have always worked on selecting and harvesting the best olives in order to preserve the flavors of yesteryear and our Medeteranian scents. We have selected for you 4 strictly organic extra virgin olive oils
Rosoli are strong-tasting alcohols, rigorously prepared according to an old family recipe, obtained by the maceration : a process that consists in leaving a material in contact with alcohol for a certain period of time, which at room temperature extracts the cold-soluble active ingredients.
